Περιγραφή
The slow-moving train of time takes us to Cyprus. It relives the horrific summer of 1974 where the exciting adventure of a ten-year-old girl called Myrto, is told.

As she carelessly enjoys the early years of her life, suddenly the sirens of war sound and everything catches fire. Her father leaves for the battlefield and the first refugees arrive in her town.

People are leaving their homes in droves to escape the fiery blaze. Her childish desire to save her beloved doll causes her to stay behind, alone in a conquered city. Hunger and fear lead her to a hut where Savvas, a seventy-year-old trapped man, lives. The danger intensifies when four hunted lads take refuge there.

The elderly, Anastasia, also strives to help people who are hiding from the eyes of the enemy. Death lurks and takes their breath away. Will they succeed? What role will love play in their ruined lives?

The check points open one day… How will Myrto react to the uncontrollable longing to visit her occupied city? Will she dare to face the momentum of her emotions?
